MINNEAPOLIS—June 12, 2012—Spanlink Communications, a

achieved the Cisco Master Managed Services Certification, and the Cisco Powered
Managed Unified Communications designation. Both accomplishments recognize
Spanlink’s investment in the ITIL® processes, practices and tools necessary to
provide high-quality managed services.

also required to offer at least two managed services to support Cisco
