Guarantee enables companies to buy Cisco Collaboration and Contact Center Solutions with Confidence

 

MINNEAPOLIS – March 26, 2012—Spanlink Communications, a Cisco partner focused on designing, implementing and supporting contact center and customer collaboration solutions, today unveiled its Spanlink Guarantee. The Guarantee, comprised of both a business and technical component, offers customers more predictable project costs and outcomes when deploying Cisco collaboration and contact center solutions. The business element promises that customers who participate in Spanlink’s business case assessment will achieve the results identified as part of that assessment, and the technical element assures the customer that the features and functionality presented to them will work exactly as specified. With the launch of the Spanlink Guarantee, Spanlink is the first and only Cisco collaboration reseller and integration partner to offer its customers guaranteed results.  

For the business results component of the Spanlink Guarantee, if customers participate in Executive Engage, Spanlink’s in-depth consultative business case assessment, and deploy all the recommended components as part of that assessment, Spanlink guarantees that they will achieve the cost savings, revenue increases, customer retention improvements or other business improvements identified. If the customer and Spanlink perform all the actions required by the assessment and the goals are not met, Spanlink will continue to work with the customer to help make the enhancements needed to the Cisco contact center and collaboration solutions in order to reach the goals.  

“We use our business case assessment to align the customer’s business processes and objectives with their customer service goals,” said Scott Vincent, EVP of Sales, Spanlink. “These objectives can vary, but often times include driving growth, controlling costs, retaining customers or improving agent productivity. Based off the assessment, we are able to identify the technology necessary for the customer to meet their objectives and we leverage key business metrics to provide the customer with a clear ROI they can count on.”  

For the technical component of the Spanlink Guarantee, Spanlink is guaranteeing that all features and functionality that Spanlink presents the customer as part of its outlined solution will function as specified in their statement of work. In addition, upon customer-approved completion of its work, Spanlink will be on call for two additional weeks to make sure the solution works as promised. During this two-week period, customers have direct access to project team members and the time and resources necessary to make the solution work won’t cost customers anything.

A big part of the Guarantee is to ensure that our clients aren't nickeled and dimed for these minor tweaks or inundated with change of scope documents.
