that it has achieved the Master Unified Communications Specialization from
Cisco® for the fourth straight year. The Master UC Specialization recognizes
Spanlink as having fulfilled the training requirements and program

capabilities. Master UC specialized partners must possess a number of Cisco and
industry-standard technical certification requirements and provide customer
references that document Cisco-prescribed design and deployment capabilities.
Furthermore, Spanlink demonstrated its infrastructure and ability to support a
full menu of Lifecycle Services offerings and capabilities by successfully
passing the annual on-site audit proctored by Cisco.
