New Leadership to
Drive Expanded Offerings and Sales-Driven Strategy
MINNEAPOLIS (June 20, 2011) – Spanlink Communications, a Cisco partner
focused on designing, implementing and supporting contact
center and customer collaboration solutions, announced today that
it has appointed Terry Brill as chief financial officer. Brill most recently
served as corporate treasurer for Concur Technologies. He has spent much of his
career in the technology sector, and has direct industry experience from a
previous role at Avaya, Inc., as controller.
“Terry’s experience in the high-tech industry, combined with
his financial expertise, makes him a natural fit to oversee what we anticipate
will be a time of growth for Spanlink,” said Eric LeBow, Spanlink CEO. “His fresh
perspective, in conjunction with our strong leadership team, brings even

sector while also expanding our offerings.”
Brill’s appointment coincides with Spanlink’s recently announced
initiative to build on its Cisco contact center expertise by offering a
cloud-based solution as well as advanced applications, such as video, and
virtualization. In addition, the company is expanding its market focus by
deploying solutions not only for large-scale businesses, but small and
mid-sized businesses as well.
