Meet the Team
Eric LeBow is the Chief Executive Officer at Spanlink Communications and serves as President on Spanlink's board. LeBow joined Spanlink in 1998, quickly advancing positions in engineering, contact center architectural design and support, and rising to senior management positions. He
has held executive leadership roles in nearly all of Spanlink's practice areas,
including support, pre-sales engineering, architectural design, implementation,
project management and marketing. In his most previous role as Vice President of Professional Services, LeBow was responsible for Service Delivery and Marketing for Spanlink. He is a very active speaker at trade and industry events and holds a bachelor's
degree from St. Cloud State University.
Mark Langanki is the Executive Vice President of Operations and Engineering at Spanlink Communications.
In his current role, Langanki is
responsible for architecting innovative and custom products, solutions and support
technologies. Additionally, he is charged with managing corporate operations
and planning initiatives that ensure success for and advance the mission of both
Spanlink and its customers. Langanki is an 18-year veteran of the
telecommunications industry and has spent much of this time in leadership roles
serving both the enterprise and service provider space. Beyond his work at Spanlink,
Langanki speaks at industry events and tradeshows both regionally and
nationally. He is also an instructor of Computer Science at the University of Minnesota—Twin
Cities teaching courses in networking and programming.
Terry Brill joined Spanlink in 2011 as the Chief Financial Officer and brings with him more than two decades of extensive financial operations and management experience. He has held various leadership positions, spending much of his career in the technology sector. In his role at Spanlink, he is responsible for financial operating and planning activities that ultimately safeguard assets, increase employee wealth and create shareholder value. Most recently, Brill served as Corporate Treasurer for Concur Technologies. Earlier in his career, he worked for Avaya, Inc. as the Region Finance Controller where he was responsible for revenue budgeting and forecasting for multiple sales channels that delivered $300 million annually. Brill earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of St. Thomas. He also holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Minnesota—Carlson School of Management.

Scott Vincent is the Executive Vice President of
Sales at Spanlink Communications. Vincent is responsible for spearheading sales
and driving growth for the company. His career in the telecommunications and
contact center industry spans 26 years. For the past decade, Vincent has
specifically focused his career on building and leading high-caliber Cisco
contact center sales teams. Vincent came to Spanlink most recently from
Insight, where he led the Western regional sales team, which was ranked as the
seventh highest revenue-producing Cisco partner in the West, to the number one
position in Cisco contact center sales. Vincent joined Insight through its
acquisition of Calence, where he was instrumental in securing the Cisco West
Enterprise Partner of the Year title for two consecutive years. Prior to
Calence, Vincent was responsible for developing the Cisco contact center
practice at Norstan Communications where he grew the business 100 percent each
year from 2001 to 2007. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse
University and resides in Laguna Beach, California.
