Spanlink Break/Fix Support starts with break/fix coverage and allows customers to purchase Spanlink Managed Services, a Service Account Manager (SAM) and Spanlink Safeguard as a la carte items.  

Once the Spanlink Break/Fix Support offering is selected, we begin with internal and external hand-off meetings to introduce a customer and their solution to the call center support team. These meetings help us begin our relationship with the proper knowledge and understanding to deliver high quality service.

Once these meetings are completed, you will be able to open incidents with our contact center by calling in directly, emailing or utilizing our web portal, SolutionPortal.  When you call in your request to us it is answered by one of our dedicated support experts.
