At the go live of your new contact center solution, both the Spanlink’s project team and support services are engaged. In addition, we’ll be on-site, walking the floors at your contact center to ensure a smooth launch and transition and to quickly resolve issues and answer questions that you or any of your contact center agents may have.

Step four of ensuring a successful contact center deployment is the validation phase where we execute a set tests to certify that the solution is configured to meet your business objectives.
