The call center design includes details on the solution’s features and functions, implementation requirements and testing criteria. Specifically, documents developed during this phase include:

  • Detailed architectural diagrams
  • Call flows
  • Business design document
  • Technical design document
  • Test plans

Once contact center design documents are complete, Spanlink will meet with you to go over each document and ensure you have a strong understanding and agree with the proposed solution.

Step five of ensuring a successful contact center deployment is the launch phase where we cutover to your new communications solution. Step six of ensuring a successful contact center deployment is the Transition Phase where we help you maintain the ongoing health and maintenance of your contact center solution.
