Within the contact center analysis phase we also evaluate your network to determine if the existing infrastructure and operational environment is able to support the proposed solution.  Often times, this is referred to as a Voice Readiness Assessment, or VRA. As part of this assessment, we evaluate network readiness and identify the risks, responsibilities and resources required for the deployment to ensure the call center planning is effective.  

These requirements are translated into business and technical requirements that drive the design of your solution.
