Spanlink's Leadership Team
Scott Christian is Spanlink's president and CEO. Christian joined Spanlink in 2007 serving as CFO. In October 2008 Spanlink's board of directors appointed Christian as president and CEO. He previously served as vice president and general manager for Black Box’s Voice Services North Business Unit. During his tenure at Black Box, Christian was instrumental in integrating several Black Box businesses into the Voice Services North Business Unit. By doing so, Christian improved Black Box's customer relationships, expanded market coverage, gained share and increased profitability. In January 2005 Black Box acquired Norstan where Christian served as president and CEO. Additionally, Christian's positions at Norstan included executive vice president and chief financial officer. Christian has also held executive leadership positions at Ceridian, Automatic Data Processing (ADP) and Caterpillar Equipment. He earned a master's of business administration from Pepperdine University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton.

  Rosemary Friedrichs - VP of Human Resources
Rosemary Friedrichs joined Spanlink Communications in July 2007.  As Human Resources Vice President, she is a member of the executive leadership team and oversees all areas of  human resources management  with special emphasis in leadership coaching, organizational design and culture management. Prior to joining Spanlink, Friedrichs spent five years at Xiotech Corporation as Human Resources Director. At Xiotech she ran the HR organization for a $100mm business with 500+ employees at three sites, including India. Earlier in her career Friedrichs was with Seagate Technology, the world’s largest computer disk drive manufacturer, where she held a variety of HR leadership positions. Friedrichs is active in the Twin Cities human resources community through memberships with HR Connection and Twin Cities Human Resource Association.
Mark Langanki is the Vice President of Product Engineering at Spanlink Communications. With more than 18 years of experience in the telecommunications and call center markets, Langanki is responsible for architecting new products and support technologies for Spanlink. In addition to his work at Spanlink, Langanki teaches courses in Computer Science at the University of Minnesota.  He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota.

  Eric LeBow - VP of Professional Services
Eric LeBow is the Vice President of Professional Services at Spanlink Communications and has more than 10 years of experience in the telecommunications and call center markets. He began his career at Spanlink as an engineer. Today, as a VP, LeBow is responsible for Service Delivery and Marketing for Spanlink. He holds a bachelor's degree from St. Cloud State University and has spoken at numerous trade and industry events.
 
Jim McNeil joined Spanlink in 2005 and was VP of Sales for Eastern US and Canada with Spanlink’s Cisco Practice prior to taking on his current role. McNeil has more than 15 years of experience as a sales leader in the contact center applications and services markets. Prior to joining Spanlink he was Director of Sales for Eastern US and Canada at Verint Systems. He has also held senior sales and marketing positions at Siemens IT Services and Xerox Corporation. Jim holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor of Science degree from Union College.

 
Roxann Swanson-Sawyers has more than 25 years experience in the telecommunications and contact center industry. She comes to Spanlink after serving as VP of Contact Center Sales for Cisco. During her tenure at Cisco, Swanson-Sawyers grew overall contact center sales by 20 percent year over year. In addition, she played an integral role in driving Cisco’s contact center market share from fourth to second. Prior to Cisco, she was the VP and GM of Enterprise Multimedia Applications at Nortel. In this role she had global responsibility for Nortel's contact center, self-service IVR & advanced speech applications, unified messaging & voice mail, and multimedia application server portfolios. She oversaw research and development, product management, marketing, product delivery and professional services of these solutions. In 2005, Swanson-Sawyers was honored by Frost & Sullivan for her outstanding leadership in the enterprise applications industry and was named Enterprise Applications Executive of the Year. Earlier in her career, she held executive and managerial positions with AT&T.
 
  Anna Sunderman – Senior Counsel
Anna Sunderman oversees Spanlink’s legal department. Anna received her law degree from Hamline University School of law and her M.B.A., from St. Thomas University. Prior to joining Spanlink, Anna worked as a corporate attorney at Norstan Communications, Inc., from 1998 to 2005. Anna excels at working closely with executive leadership teams to provide business driven legal guidance for sales, marketing, consulting, distribution, leasing and human resources.
