February 12, 2007 Spanlink Receives TMC Labs 2006 Innovation Award from Customer Interaction Solutions® Magazine

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. — Feb. 12, 2007 — Spanlink Communications, a leading provider of contact center and business communications solutions based on VoIP, announced today that Technology Marketing Corporation’s TMC Labs division named Spanlink® Quality Management as a 2006 Innovation Award winner from Customer Interaction Solutions magazine.
