![]() [View All] January 9, 2007 Spanlink Adds CFO to Executive Team MINNEAPOLIS, MN. — Spanlink Communications, a leading provider of contact center and business communications solutions based on VoIP, announced today that it has appointed Paul Stephenson as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Most recently, he was CFO at Fargo Electronics, Inc., an $80 million publicly traded technology company with sales in 80 countries worldwide. Stephenson has 30 years of experience in finance. Prior to joining Spanlink, Stephenson spent six years as CFO at Fargo Electronics, which was recently acquired by Swedish company Assa Abloy. There, he helped lead the company through many initiatives, including a secondary public offering, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, investor analyst relations and ultimately a sale to Assa Abloy. Stephenson began his career at international accounting and consulting firm KPMG before continuing in financial leadership roles with a number of public, private and non-profit companies. Prior to Fargo Electronics, Stephenson held executive positions at the Minnesota Orchestral Association and Check Technology Corporation, as well as a finance position at Honeywell. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Cambridge University in England.
