![]() [View All] Spanlink to Present Two Sessions at ITEXPO West 2009 August 20, 2009 – Spanlink Communications, a leading provider of advanced business communications technology and network integration, announced today that Eric LeBow, Spanlink’s vice president of Business Transformation, will present on two panels at TMC’s INTERNET TELEPHONY® Conference & EXPO West 2009 event being held in Los Angeles at the Los Angeles Convention Center. The first session LeBow is participating in takes place Tuesday, Sept. 1 at 2:45 p.m. PST and is entitled “Implementing Next-Generation Solutions Today.” This panel will provide attendees with strategies, tactics and advice for deploying business communications solutions in the current technology and business environment. In addition, attendees will learn the business benefits of unified communications (UC) and how other organizations are using UC to improve processes and reduce costs. The second session is scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 3 at 8:30 a.m. PST, and will cover “Best of Breed vs. Best of Suite for UC.” There are vendors in the UC space that sell point solutions, and others that advocate for complete UC suites. This panel will help attendees understand the positives and negatives of best-of-breed point solutions and full, end-to-end suite solutions. “When UC solutions are properly evaluated and implemented, they provide significant efficiencies and cost savings,” said Spanlink’s LeBow. “Both of these panels are designed for attendees who are considering UC solutions and want to learn more about implementing them for the best possible results.” “We are very pleased that Eric will be participating in two sessions at this year’s show. Spanlink is widely recognized and respected as an industry leader, and I am confident that our attendees will appreciate and value the opportunity to hear his perspective on implementing UC solutions,” said TMC president and conference chairman, Rich Tehrani. “Over the past twelve months, widespread deployment of IP Communications services by global service providers, businesses and governments has reinforced that this exciting technology is a viable, cost-effective communications solution. As a result, we are seeing a significant number of senior-level executives attending ITEXPO as a means of learning about the technology so they too can take advantage of its benefits.” ITEXPO, celebrating its 10th Anniversary in 2009, draws an average attendance of 7,000 buyers and sellers of IP Communications products and services. The show, running Sept. 1-3, will be the 19th ITEXPO, and TMC projects total attendance to once again exceed 7,000. Registration for the show is now open.
