Spanlink SolutionWatch is a monitoring solution designed for Unified Communications and Contact Center solutions. It is an application monitoring and systems reporting tool that is specifically designed to proactively trigger alerts on flaws in your voice and data network. Unlike other network monitoring tools, SolutionWatch delves further and alerts on the application layer. By reporting on the application layer, SolutionWatch is able to isolate the problem, reduce Mean Time to Repair and increase availability. 
 
Once an event has been identified, SolutionWatch will automatically open an incident in Spanlink’s CRM system, which will then send out notifications based on agreed upon severities and time of day. Spanlink’s team of software application experts will review incidents as they come in and triage to the appropriate escalation path.

The primary user interface for SolutionWatch is the Spanlink SolutionPortal. This is a Web-based service that provides at-a-glance information about your solution and SolutionWatch activity. With Spanlink SolutionPortal, you can view graphs on performance metrics, as well as reports on incident activity and availability.
